What makes my approach unique is my focus on the whole person—emotionally, psychologically, and relationally. I believe that healing happens not only through addressing symptoms but by helping you better understand the deeper patterns that shape your thoughts and behavior using EMDR, ACT and EFT. I am a certified EMDR and EFT individual/couples counselor. Whether you're facing a life transition, grappling with past trauma or working through feelings of anxiety or depression. My goal is to empower you with the insight, emotional resilience, and skills necessary to live a more fulfilling life. Nampa Valley Counseling Center is located at the “heart” of the Treasure Valley in a beautifully restored historic building that is easily accessible from I-84. We serve clients throughout the Treasure Valley, spanning from Boise to Ontario. We advocate a strength-based, wellness approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
